Siamo stati qui all'inizio di novembre per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. E' un posto incantevole cordiale e Franca era così accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Lei era in grado di alcuni noleggio biciclette per noi così potevamo bicicletta in fondo alla costa per un picnic. Il B&B è molto accogliente e il (molto ben fornito) po' cucina lo rende un buon posto per incontrare le altre persone oltre un espresso. Era assolutamente immacolato, abbiamo apprezzato l'arredamento ed è inoltre non è lontano dalla città vecchia. Ritorneremo sicuramente ancora e lo consiglio vivamente. Sarebbe stato recensito prima ma ci siamo spostati house subito dopo aver difficoltà a casa, quindi sarebbe stato un po' affollata! Franca dato un sunflower da ricordare da lei - e ci torneremo

Un hotel molto tranquillo e confortevole B&B in un isolato di appartamenti a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città.
Spaziose e cousy, camera pulita - un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Il proprietario è molto disponibile e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno.

This bed and breakfast shines with an outstanding owner who really cares about her guests. We arrived late (10:30) on the bus from airport where she personally came to the bus stop and picked up in her car to make sure we found the place. Once we arrived she gave us fantastic recommendations of where to go. She even brought toys to us for our 1 year old to play with along with beach towels and an umbrella. The beach is a 10 minute bus ride away and the city centre is less than 15 minutes walking. Francas was even so sweet to bring us to the airport since we didn't have a baby seat and she did. I can't recommend her B&B enough. The stocked Illy coffee and we had our our espresso maker in our room. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed brand new
"Big Fish" is a perfect place to stay in Alghero. Its around 10-15 minutes walk to the center and the old town. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean.
The owner, Franca, is very friendly and welcoming. Great Italian hospitality.
The "breakfast corner" is very convenient and includes a microwave and fridge which can be used.

Live like a Sardinian in wonderful Alghero!
Together with my mom I stayed for one week (27.06.08 - 04.07.08) at the Big Fish Bed & Breakfast in Alghero. We enjoyed our time very much! The BIG FISH is located in walking distance to the beatiful old town district of Alghero. Everything seemed to be very open, friendly and safe. The B&B is situated in the second floor of a normal Sardinian house, thus, there are no crowds of tourists, you can experience the pure Sardenian life! The kitchen, the bathroom and our room (with balkony!) were very clean and quite comfortable considering the overall rates. If you have been to Italy or Sardinia before, you`ll know that you cannot compare the breakfast served to any other countries. So don`t expect too much for your breakfast! Anyway it was much more fun to go shopping for Sardinian specialties, e.g. Prociutto Crudo, Sardinian cheese etc.! At the end I would like to thank Franca very much for her hospitality. She was very kind and her recommendations for good restaurents in Alghero were much appreciated!!
